It's cause I paraphrase so much, But I think it was "I Miss My Lung Bob." The whole song seems to recall a morning Gord spent in San Francisco, California, likely at the Phoenix. The poem version in Coke Machine Glow is subtitled: San Francisco/The Phoenix Hotel. The above lyric was inspired by an anti-smoking ad Gord saw on the back of a city bus.
